Do You Guarantee Your Work?Yes we do guarantee our work, we call it FREE RE-CLEAN, which means if your landlord or real estate agent have any issue in cleaning work we have provided we will come back for free to clean it.

Should The Property Be Empty?It is always better to leave the property empty for bond cleaning. Furniture or other items should be left in the property, which belongs to the property.

How soon must I cancel my appoinment?You must cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time.

Is There Anything Else We Should Let You Know?YES, it is important to inform us about certain things before booking your house cleaning such as keys need to return on certain date and time, carpet cleaners or pest control booked and when there will be agent or landlord to inspect the property or anything else you thing we should know.

Do I Need To Leave The Electricity On?Yes, electricity and warm water are necessary to get the job done.

If I do not cancel my appointment within 24 hours will there be a charge?Yes there will be a fee of 1/2 of the total cost for the service(s) scheduled.

Do We Need Leave The Property During The Bond Clean?Yes, it is always recommended to leave the property while cleaners are performing their duties.

What does your office cleaning service include?Our office cleaning service mainly includes kitchen cleaning, common area cleaning including vacuum or sweep and mop of the floor, dusting surfaces. Bathroom cleaning and sanitising, spot clean of your enrty door glass etc. However, at WeCare we can customise our office cleaning depending on your needs and budget.

What duties your cleaners can perform in 2 hours?We usually try to do as much as possible in our fixed price services, but it will mainly include bathroom cleaning, bedroom sweep and mop, dusting, kitchen cleaning, still, these duties depend on the area of your property.

Payments Accepted
Payment terms: Our invoice is due on the date of service we have provided. If you are paying by bank transfer than you need to email us payment receipt. Our service charges are always excluding GST.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please contact us before at least 24 hours. Otherwise, $50 cancellation fees are payable.

Satisfaction Guarantee
Yes, we do give you a satisfaction guarantee for all of our services. In case you are unhappy with our service please contact us we will resolve your issues.
